Hazrat Am’r Ibne Mamun Wardi (RA) reports, Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam said (Meaning), “Five situations must be valued before the other five appears, and take benefit from those (the previous five) whatever you wish to (in due time):
1. Value the youth before the old age appears.
2. Value the health before you fall sick.
3. Value comfort and wealth before you become distressed and poor.
4. Value the leisure before you get occupied with work.
5. Value the life before death.” Tirmizi
